From the article: 'I spent the two weeks after Katrina struck working with volunteers in Lake Charles, Louisiana and across the Internet to build, maintain, and upgrade such labs in two of southwest Louisiana's largest Red Cross shelters. The present article is a short introduction to one of the most important categories of tools to emerge from the efforts of myself and others to meet the shelters' need for free, zero-maintenance, bulletproof, Internet-connected computers: the shelter lab LiveCD build.'" Iraq wasn't responcible for 911 in that they ordered someoen to do it. They are partialy respocible by saddom's continued actions against the UN, US, and other nations. An interview with the number two person behind binladen said this to be a fact. His words were something like we looked at iraq and didn't believe for a minute the resopnce would have been the way it was. It surprised everyone. Of course thats paraphrasing it a little but it contains the meaning of his message.
