CA Officials Respond To Lawsuit

Gamasutra is reporting on Yee and Schwarzenegger's response to the lawsuit brought in response to the violent games bill passed recently in California. From the article: "History has proven in cases of child labor and physical assault on children that we can and should pass laws to protect them. I am a strong believer in the First Amendment and in free speech, but when a game allows a player to virtually commit sexual assault and murder, as a society we must do what we can to protect our children, as we do for alcohol, tobacco, and pornography, among other items," We've previously reported on the passing of the bill and the filing of the lawsuit.

Well, one way to think of the children, STOP VIOLATING THE FIRST, OR ANY OTHER AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION!

This latest violation of the Constitution from the Republicrats is amongst ever growing reasons to vote Libertarian. If you don't vote Libertarian, you're essentially giving the Republicrat government permission to abolish the constitution. They are already eroding our rights one at a time. At this rate, no one will have any rights. Of course, the sheeple of this country just don't care, just as long as the government takes care of every aspect from the cradle to the grave from money that's stolen from the hard working citizens at gunpoint because they're either too lazy or too stupid to do otherwise.
