DIY News writes "Microsoft has claimed the cost of software is not an important issue in the developing world. According to MS, while you can give people free software or computers, they won't have the expertise to use it."

    if a country is developing i think that the last thing that they would need is an expensive microsoft OS, especially when there is linux out there for 0% of the cost and works faster and better. my link (to be not-so-anonymous)
