    That's a negative on that, old bean.

    its is the possessive pronoun.

    it's is *always* it is (no exceptions).

    Just like we don't say her's or his' (unless we are intentionally using wrong grammar) ...

    Easy enough mistake to make... it's just one of the weird ways that English has developed... cheerio!
