The search is currently quite good, the adverts still ugly.
The blog search was a big disapointment.
Gmail only has a few million users, too late to market.
Video is a poor 4th to every other video site in the world, mostly due to the player only working in Google.

Google base has some porn, not enough, or too much depending on what you're looking for.

Google says that they are building up Google Base and other moutains of information not for human consumption, but for an AI.
AI has been solved but the first instances of artificial intelligence are so primitive and infantile that Google has a long way to go in winning the race to Superintelligent AI.
