I just made a soup, but it's not very good. I chopped up an onion and a half. I started by frying up some garlic and special seasonings and a handful of chopped onions in a little bit of olive oil. Then I threw in the rest of the onion and added two cups of water. I also added about four tablespoons of a nice whole wheat flour and a dash of lime juice. I put the lid on the pressure cooker and let it simmer on low. A half hour later, I ended up with an acidic gravy-like substance. It seems like it has potential as the base for another food, but I'm not sure what I could make with it. Does anybody have any ideas?
