CelticCoder writes "With wide implications in the fight against global warming, Phyorg.com is reporting that plants naturally produce methane. Since methane is twenty times more potent than carbon dioxide in trapping heat, are efforts to fight global warming by planting forests actually harming the environment?"

    ...thinking you know everything. Idiots, there will always be yet another unknown variable hidden somewhere ready to screw up your studies. Science should always be open and should never accept something as an absolute truth.

    And yes, I say this only because I cry myself to sleep every time I hear a scientist say faster than light travel is impossible. NEW STUDIES WILL SAY OTHERWISE!! Please...

    A well thought out piece that doesn't step on the toes of either environmentalist or libertarians? Give me more one sided propaganda spew from the ultra-capitalist and the ultra-environmentalist! I want to see a post lambasting humanity for being worthless wretches who deserve to die in their own pollution! I want to see a post proudly declaring that the market will solve all environmental concerns! I want a post that boldly declares that SUVs pwn and that tree hugging hippies should be run over! I want a post that declares any opposition to be the work of half-witted conservatives/liberals/environmentalist/libertaria ns. I want an +1 informative vs -1 troll moderation battle!
