Cellphone Could Crack RFID Tags
diverge_s writes "Adi Shamir of RSA is at it again. This time pointing out flaws in RFID systems. From the article: 'I haven't tested all RFID tags, but we did test the biggest brand and it is totally unprotected,' Shamir said. Using this approach, 'a cellphone has all the ingredients you need to conduct an attack and compromise all the RFID tags in the vicinity.'"
So what? I simultaneously attacked all /. reader's cell phones...
um...with your "SSID's" for immediate Microsoft TechNet offerings! mwaha!
I was wondering what was happening.
Hmmm....

Wow! You're a know nothing AND a raceist piece of shit to boot! If you had bothered to READ THE ARTICLE, you would have seen that the scope was used "to monitor power use by RFID tags while they were being read." Clearly the scope was used to do ANALYSIS. Nowhere in the article does it say a scope can be replaced by a cell phone. It DOES say that a cell phone has all the components (a software based radio) to monitor RFID freqs and a processor do the analysis. You're so wrong it hurts.
AC. How fitting. You're not even man enough to associate your ID with your anti-semetic views. You see this researcher is from Isreal and the nazi in you can't help but think he's ripping someone off. What a complete sack of shit you are. I bet he does more in a week than you'll ever do in your entire life. Loser.
