Sony Fakes Blu-Ray Demo?

Even before the rootkit fiasco, Sony has seemed increasingly desperate, but the general consensus seems to be that Sony is looking pretty sad and pathetic." It's not liked they faked the demo and entered it as courtroom evidence in a criminal trial.
