U.S. Pressures ISPs on Data Retention

A more extensive mandate would require companies to keep track of e-mail messages sent, Web pages visited and perhaps even instant-messaging correspondents.'"

    Why would an oil company need to meet with the Vice President in order to raise the price on a wildly popular good that some might consider necessary to their daily life?
