They have evaluated the processor's performance in running several scientific application kernels, then compared this performance against other processor architectures. I can't wait to hook one of these babies up as the brain of my house and run concurrent multimedia streams everywhere. Already dreaming of little wireless touch screen terminals next to the toilet, and a waterproof one in the shower :-)
