Part of the reason, it has features that help in circumventing the Chinese government censors. CNET says it was shown at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas this year, and is slowly gaining foothold in Europe as well as the U.S."

    It is still IE.

    Spiffy skinjobs on the browser are nice and all, but they've been done before. The fact is, you're STILL running the fugly IE6 engine underneath, with all it's nasties and security issues.
