Castlevania Retrospective, Xbox Live Bound

Although I am looking forward to Portrait of Ruin for the Nintendo DS, I really hope Konami finds a way to release a 2D game for one of the next gen systems." Funny you should mention that. An anonymous reader writes "The greatest Castlevania game -- and possibly 2D game -- of all time, Symphony of the Night, is headed to Xbox 360 Arcade!."

    Uh, zero.

    You're paying for a nine year old Playstation 1 game for the 360 with its shitty controller for 2D games. Microsoft just announced to the gaming world just how pathetic their developer support is with this embarrassing announcement.

    What is bad is it gives a pretty good indication of what so many people say about the 360. Nothing worth playing or buying the console for if 360 owners are treating this non-event as big news.
