Net Neutrality Is Just "Mumbo Jumbo"

This, of course, ignores how much the cable companies will profit from the act's defeat.     Just wondering if there is a convenient label for when people, for whatever reason, give really vague ideas labels that are basically a carefully worded mis-direction... like "net neutrality" or "economic rationalism" for example?

    Government.

    "Affirmative Action", "Homeland Security", "War on $flavour_of_the_month", "Electoral Recounts"...
