    How can the thing be out of warranty ? The KB article to which the article links suggests to return the console to Microsoft for repair.

    but what is with the microsoft ad that is wider then the rest messing up the straight clean lines of the slashdot homepage? This is the first time I have seen an add on the right column that is wider then the rest of the column thus forcing one topic to shrink, not all the topics just one. Who let this ad through...especially a microsoft one. I will support microsoft when they support linux......oh....wait....
