Datamation has identified ten leading commercial open-source innovators and the projects they are working on in their article, Ten Leading Open Source Innovators."

    Looks like there is no printable version. The 'printable version' which they have is broken up into ten pages. WTF?

    Assuming that the contested paragraph is untrue I think it is very understandable that he wants to sue. The accusations made are malicious. They could affect his future sponsorship deals etc. But even more than that surely he might want some revenge.

    If someone published comments like that about me, my first desire would be to go around to their house and kick them square in the nuts. But apparently that is illegal. So the next best thing is to hit them in their pocket.

    For those of you who think he is overreacting how woud you like it if someone created a wiki article for "User (insert name here) on slashdot" and alleging that you beat your wife and kids and then put a link to it from a comment on a slashdot article? I think user (insert name here) would be pretty pissed.
