Mexico City Starts 'Games for Guns' Campaign

The chief of police has 'announced that anyone prepared to surrender a high-calibre weapon, such as a machine gun, will receive a free computer in exchange. And, perhaps in the interests of scale and fair play, anyone turning in a smaller calibre handgun will be presented with either cash remuneration or an Xbox videogame console.'"

Mexico City is just like the towns around Orange County, California; none will talk about their high-caliber so-called "weapons" just so they can go about their measly lives bluffing a confidence of PROTECTION from someone that would try to incorporate/convey a matter into the local domination of an Administrative body.

It's too bad they would do this rather than offer shelter and food for the homeless so people can get on their feet and develop a trade or skill. Locally at Westminster, I have a difficulty respecting the intolerance of the Orange County Sherrif (corp) and "City of Westminster" (corp) non-oathed/non-bonded "deputies" enflicting their estoppel onto me without a complaint or proof of claim, and they're the ones presenting non-authenticated badges and have the martial arts training disembowel anyone with their hands all while flashing or pouting their sidearms. When I do a Plea in non-statutory Abatement of Misnomer on the sidewalk, Stiled of the king's bench, am I expected to appear to them an equal when they are so puffed-up on their available materials and comforts they use against me?

I just try to go about my day, rarely using the local Bus depot so goes the favor in walking to whomever has appointed me of my Network management and Adminsitrative services. Friends around me that use bicycles are being pressed to register them for anything from USD 50 to USD 150, or face a fine that slowly grows if they don't purchase a Bicycle License. What am I to do in response to contracts entered into without Disclosure, with Prejudice, with Threat and Durress and Coercion?

Anyone have any experience in Reserving their Office of Armiger in the Order of their choice, while going about their way in a person either (un/in)corporated or non-incorporated, with a utility that is presumed a "weapon"?
