Google to Hold Worldwide Developer Day

Incon writes "Google is holding a day for developers to meet and learn from Google staff at its various worldwide offices. Places at the event are sure to go quicker than hotcakes, so get in quickly. Locations that Developer Day will be held at are: Beijing, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Moscow, Paris, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Tokyo and of course at Google HQ in Mountain View."

    America isn't the centre of the world. There's no conference in Africa too. And Where's New Delhi in the list?

    one event in the entire US, compared to three in Europe

    Obviously Google consider an ability to count to be a prerequisite for holding a developers' day in your area. Do your homework, and you might have better luck next time.

    Well, maybe you haven't learned this in school yet, but they speak different languages in London and Paris
    If you've traveled around Europe at all, you should know that pretty much everyone but the oldest generation speaks good English. Especially at a multinational corporation like Google. So I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that the conference was being conducted in English.
