Is Virtual Rape a Crime?

For reasons of civil liberty & clarity we'd like to confine criminal law to physical offenses rather than thought crimes but already threats, menace & conspiracy count as crimes. Could we see a situation where our laws extend?"

    Rape is any sexual act that the woman later regrets.

    If you don't believe me just ask the Duke Lacrosse team. Oh, that is right, there wasn't even a sexual act there. They just got totally Nifonged.
