Researchers are developing software that splits a computer screen in two halves, each side with its own operating system, desktop, applications, cursor and keyboard." Mom! yea, it's designed to take those 'bright minds' off the market so they don't do any more damage to the Microsoft monopoly. IIRC, this 'technique' of preserving Microsofts power in the market was mentioned in the infamous "MS Halloween Document" or some other leaked MS memo.
