A Side Effect of Testosterone Poisoning

obtuse writes "With a finding that may explain Internet trolls — or at least building contractors — U. of Michigan researchers have discovered that individuals with high levels of testosterone find an angry face rewarding. In their experiments, this was true even if the angry image was perceived subliminally so that the subjects didn't register it consciously."

Ron Paul is about as close to being a true Republican as you can get. I mean that in the true sense of the word Republican. Ironically the modern day Republican Party is more like the Federalist Party that the Democratic-Republican Party was formed to counter.

Sounds fair, as the modern democratic party is the heir of the original Democratic-Republican party.

I'd be a Republican if they were actually anything like the Republicans of old. What party can I associate myself with in these modern times? :( I blame the religious right for hijacking the grand old party for their own agenda. The politicalization of religion is as evil as Osama Bin Laden himself.

(democrats have roughly the same problem. the DNC pushes a socialists agenda, but your average card carrying democrat voter is nothing like a socialist)

There is no such thing (in the US) as an independent primary.

This is what you must realize so you can move beyond your naive idealism.
