Lara Croft's Episodic Adventures

The Tomb Raider is having a few adventures in episodic space these days. On the game side of things, the Tomb Raider: Anniversary title will be released to the Xbox 360 in two chunks of content. It will feature updated graphics, and the same updated gameplay from the PS2 and PC versions. A copy of Tomb Raider: Legend, released early last year, will be required to play. Meanwhile, in another medium, episodes of an animated Tomb Raider web-based show will be made available on GameTap starting in July. The series is making use of Peter Chung's artistic style (the gent behind Aeon Flux), and will see contributions from names like Jim Lee, Warren Ellis, Cully Hamner, Gail Simone, David Alvarez, Michael Stackpole, Brian Pulido, and Christos Gage.

I'm hoping they mean the Aeon Flux that was on MTV years ago, not that clusterfeck of a movie that came out 3 years ago... The animation of the movie was terrible

Also, why is this in Games instead of Entertainment? It's not like we'll be interacting with the content beyond the slo-mo buttons for jiggly fun

Because shows based on games are rarely entertaining?

Some great reviews though - "Charlize Theron took a well earned break from acting. Unfortunately she did it whilst starring in Aeon Flux".

I swear I read the article title as "Lara Croft's Erotic Adventures".

    What a disappointment.

Come on folks, I think it's time we as a society drop all the euphemisms for a natural phenomenon common to half the world's population. Laura's not having an "episodic adventure" nor is her "special friend" visiting. She's having her monthly period. Or, if you prefer, she's "bleeding from her vagina".
