All Things iPhone

With the iPhone release coming soon there is no shortage of stories being submitted. Here is an overview of all of its features and specifics on its technical workings. A list of applications is out and still growing. There are warnings however that some applications and peripherals won't be ready or compatible in time for the release. Finally with all the hype associated with the iPhone, we have a reminder of some previous Apple products that ended with a whimper instead of a roar.

    I guess Slashdot has given up any effort to hide the fact that the site has transformed into nothing more than a marketing blog for companies like Apple to whore their products.

    I've fucking put up with Slashdot for over 8 years and this is just about the worst it's ever been. Editors, get a clue. Fuckwads submitting nonstop meaningless bullshit stories-for-a-product-that-STILL-ISN'T-EVEN-RELEAS ED, just sod off and die.

    Is it too much to ask for a tech news source that doesn't worship the poo that falls out of Jobs et al.? Hell, I like Apple products, but enough is enough, wait til the damn thing is actually in the hands of folks to talk about it more.

    Make sure to come back to Slashdot and post some pictures of yourself and your 500 dollars worth of hype so we can all laugh at you.

    Apple really should come out with some expensive brown paper bag wrappers porn magazines come in so the silly fanboys who end up buying iPhones don't get laughed at and humiliated in public with them.

    the itunes phone was as much apple as it was motorola. it is called THE itunes phone after all, stop making excuses for them and trying to scape goat using motorola.

    the newton was shit, face it. please name the pda's it's more powerful than now? i'd love to hear you explain that one.

    the original imac's where horrible pieces of junk, it wasn't until they got past version 4 that they improved

    the cube was just rubbish, a terrible attempt to be over cool. there's also collectors for types of brown paper, it's no proof that something is worthwhile just because some losers consider it worth collecting.

    anyway, that was some since spin, you might find a job working for bush with that kind of spin.
