LittleBigPlanet to Have Enemies

Media Molecule Producer Pete Wilson has revealed to EGM (as reported by 1up) that LittleBigPlanet's level can have bad guys. "It's funny -- I don't think we actually mentioned this previously, but yes, we will certainly have enemies in the game; I think that's a fundamental part of good gameplay," said Wilson. "They will range from little robots that simply roam from left to right to spectacularly complex beasts that pose quite a challenge." An awesome concept just got cooler.

It seems this game will rock in an almost unbelievable amount of ways.

I don't think enemies are fundamental to good gameplay at all; a vast mumber of games don't have opponents. You've never seen me play solitaire.

That's what they were talking about when they said LBP has enemies. They were talking about the people who dislike Sony and anything good that might come out of it. LBP = Good? ... Here come the enemies! "Quick, mod him Troll!"

This is unbelievably good news. Now we will finally have a game with enemies!! This is possibly the most important news I have seen, in my entire life. There is a GOD!

Brilliant marketing too! First they announce a game, then show 1 level, then announce a revolutionary new feature for that level. We can only hope that next they will announce that one of their levels has points! or Buttons! or OMG The possibilities are practically endless for a company with this much raw brain power. Maybe they might even have a cut scene, wheww gotta stop, i am giving myself chills.
