Reboot To Get A Reboot

superstick58 writes "Reboot, one of the first CG animated TV shows is returning as a trilogy of feature-length films. This was a great cartoon for me, perhaps it also helped stimulate other developing nerds to embrace the computers that are supposedly run by these enjoyable CG characters."

    If someone has missed ReBoot and has no idea what's going on, see this happy video it is quite informative (or search the internets for "Daemon Rising", after all, daemon is the word...)

    Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it. This quote from the story makes it sound like they're going to start the plot over from scratch: "The idea is to relaunch the brand in a new way." Personally, I wish they'd finish out the original series, especially since they already had the ending written.
     
    Oh well, here's hoping that the new movies kick as much ass as season 3 did, although the lack of all the original writers makes me worried...

    Shadow Chronicles just came out.

    Mind you it's not a remake, but it's kind of a continuation.

    I hope they don't try to use some hack's voice for him(though he is a shapeshifter now so they could loophole it that way).
