FISA Court Sides With ACLU Against Administration
jamie caught a breaking news story this evening: the secret FISA Court has ordered the Bush administration to respond by August 31 to an ACLU request for orders and legal papers discussing the scope of the government's authority to engage in the secret wiretapping of Americans. The ACLU's press release calls it an "unprecedented order."
Wrong. The ACLU (Aging Communist Leftover Union) is simply trying to further their agenda of destroying the United States. They care nothing for your rights. Why don't you read about their founder and his beliefs? Educate yourself a bit and then post something intelligent.

Personally, I'm not worried too much that the Bush administration will really abuse what they are doing. I do greatly worry abour what a future administration such as Hilary Clinton or Rudy Guliani would do with this power. Therefore, let the court stop it before anyone too authoritarian gets into office.
Didn't the Democrats vote for the patriot act (several times)? Didn't they just give the president new powers? Wasn't the Echelon spy program a Clinton era program? Where was the ACLU? Which group wants to control our lives by telling use which medicines we can take and when we can see a doctor? Which group wants to tell us what to drive? What to eat? What we can say and what we cannot say via political correctness? Which president had our mail read and interred Japanese citizens during WWII? Which countries have cameras on every street corner? Are these countries left leaning or not?
How would you know anything about the 2nd amendment? You aren't even an American, are you? I bet you're Chinese, or maybe an uneducated Frenchman. But I bet you wish you could have guns like US, don't you? I'm a real American and I have one of my guns on my hip right now. Put that in your hookah and smoke it.
You can stand on your Deux-Chevaux all night and scream into the dark your declarations of what's a "fact" or not, but without a coherent argument, or even a grasp of the issue, people will only continue to assume that you're deranged. It just doesn't work when you pull BS out of your backside.
