Cosmic Rays From Galactic Black Holes
dork writes in with word of a study that contradicts, at least for the highest-energy events, the recent conclusion that cosmic rays are probably formed in supernova remnants. The Pierre Auger Observatory in Argentina has announced that active galactic nuclei are the most likely candidates for the source of the highest-energy cosmic rays that hit Earth. The researchers found that the sources of these highly energetic events are not distributed uniformly across the sky, linking their origins to the locations of nearby galaxies hosting active nuclei in their centers. These galaxies are thought to be powered by supermassive black holes that are devouring large amounts of matter. The exact mechanism of how particles get accelerated to energies 100 million times higher than achievable by the most powerful particle accelerators on Earth is still unknown. The observatory has made 1% of its events available through a public online event display."
but I love massive black ho's, daddy love the badonkadonk
baby got back, make my anaconda jump
Wow.
This is going to sound condescending, and it's not; I actually want to know more about this post. What is the purpose? Did you just sit around all day waiting to get one of the first posts so that you could cut n' paste this in? Do you have a program set up to let you know when a new topic is available, or do you just reload over and over? Are your posts pre-planned? I'm not just insulting you, I am actually genuinely curious to hear what the though process is that ended with you hitting "Submit" after putting that into the text box. I'm also curious as to whether you also post under a regular name, and how often - even if you don't give up your real name, can you anonymously enlighten me, "pwease?"
Am I the only one here fascinated (and horrified) at the amount of thought and effort some of these degenerates put into quickly coming up with vulgarity?
As another poster of random bullshit, it makes sense.
I often post ridiculous trolls deliberately counter (but unoffensive) to whatever the groupthink is for that week. As do I post seriously and earnestly about topics that are ridiculous, sometimes containing word salad.
It's really just to see if anyone else sees the clues that they are nonsense posts.
