Now allegations of user spying are getting louder, prompting Adobe Photoshop product manager John Nack to respond, though many remain unsatisfied with his explanation."

    I agree, I don't think any application should be using resources on my system without my explicit consent.

    You gave it when you explicitly agreed to the EULA.
