Not that I'm a fan of his or anything, but Chavez was democratically elected. So, which is it, Julius Baer? Are these documents forgeries, or are they real documents and therefore subject to banking privacy laws? You don't get to have your cake and eat it, too. Have you not heard of superposition? It's a matter of quantum legal entanglement.
