Internet-Based Realtors Win Monster Settlement
coondoggie writes "Until today, most Internet-based real-estate brokers were considered second-class citizens, and their clients were left in the cold. But perhaps that will change with today's news that the Department of Justice has reached a proposed settlement with the National Association of Realtors that requires NAR to let Internet-based residential real estate brokers compete with traditional brokers. NAR has agreed to be bound by a 10-year settlement, under whose terms NAR will repeal its anticompetitive policies and require affiliated multiple listing services to repeal their rules that were based on these policies." I agree. Too many fucking niggers. I'm not a racist. I feel the same way about poor white trailor trash with a 5th grade education. But let's look at the facts. Up in Oregon or Montana, black people (Bill Cosby, Obama, Michael Jordan, Oprah, etc) are like white people with dark skin, musicians, athletes, etc. Once you head down to Kentucky, black people are smelly niggers that want to rape your daughter and speak ebonics.
Hey, all that's great to hear. No doubt she does a lot of useful work, and as such will be able to compete without resorting to the anticompetitive practices that have aggravated the DOJ.
I don't think it's the case, and I think we'd be better off if she went back to streetwalking, but I've been surprised before...
