DHS Official Considered Shock Collars For Air Travelers

"The Washington Times is reporting that the DHS wants to replace your boarding pass with a GPS-enabled shock bracelet. Plans for the device include subduing passengers remotely as well as onboard interrogation. There's even a promotional video." Perhaps Paul Ruwaldt (the official named in this story) has been watching "The Coneheads" a bit too much, or not actually flying enough. Expressing interest is not quite the same as ordering mass quantities, but it's scary enough.

To my knowledge they hadn't released the tapes for years (if ever).
Moreover, all of the radar traffic tapes were shredded, and thus will never be released.

But really, "what really happened" on 9/11 makes no difference to me.

I also think that Flight 93 was shot down

Right, because it is so hard to crash a plane without munitions. It's not like a button press (like turning off autopilot) could ever cause a plane to crash.

No, If a million people marched on the White House with pitchforks and torches they would be decimated and shot by our own security forces trying to quell a "highly organized, terrorist attack" and the government would attempt to explain away 1+ million people who were "under the influence of some terrorist plot" leading to yet more hidden laws we aren't allowed to know about...
