Dolphin Inspired Mini-sub

What do you get the millionaire in your life who has everything? How about the Seabreacher mini-sub. Described as a dolphin-inspired cross between a jet ski and a submarine, the Seabreacher has a top speed of 45mph above the waves and 20mph below them. The two-man £30,000 craft is 15' long and its design makes it self-righting. Strangely, this doesn't come with a laser package.

Drug runners force people to buy their drugs through every means to their disposal, less by hand-shake and more by using the court system. This would certainly be another a-venue for drug runners, but I think the freedom of exchange foreign to Drug runners would be the greatest investment for this.

Given that corporation "FDA" defines a "drug" as "any substance advertised to cure a disease", I thought this would be a boon for non-licensed common-law street-corner pharmacists and herbalists to better service coastal regions with their herbal remedies by their captains more efficiently relaying these property through the unhindered run of the sea outside the grapple of the barony pretending a painted-rail road jurisprudence overlayed upon the common ways of public roads.

Ever since World War I, military policy has dripped into penal code and libel of review in site of unsubstantiated cause without tort or injury has been the dominating unlawful convertion of non-licensable Free travel and duty of movement to a privilege of a prison state.
