Why Mozilla Is Committed To Using Gecko
Ars Technica has published an article about Mozilla's commitment to use the Gecko rendering engine instead of using Webkit, which was adopted by Apple and Google for use in the Safari and Chrome browsers. I have been using Chrome on my work PC and find many of its features compelling, and wonder how soon we will see its best innovations in Firefox. Why is Gecko worth keeping if it is outdated and bloated?
Is this a firsty?
You bet your ass butter filled hairy ass crack!
first!!! LOL
Actually, I saved about 50% when I switched from Progressive to Gecko, I mean GEICO. It's the insurer if well off enough be worth suing, but too cheap to replace your 10-year-old Honda that still runs great but has a negative Blue Book value.
Yeah. That makes a thousand times more sense. I like how the original incorrect post is +5 insightful and this is only at +2. Good Job Mods. Good Job.
Well.. maybe. Or Maybe not. But Definitely not sort of.

Thanks, but no thanks.
I don't see why this was modded troll...
You must be new here. ;)
I learned a while ago that Firefox has lots of zealots in the moderator ranks. That, coupled with the fact that plenty of people who moderate are worthless moderators, and use their power to censor viewpoints they don't like rather than keep a discussion going, means that saying things against Firefox have a high probability of getting you modded down. I accept this, stick my mental middle finger up at these abusive pricks, and move along with my life. :)
