WoW: Wrath of the Lich King Release Date Announced
Mini-Geek and many others tipped news that Blizzard has announced the release date for Wrath of the Lich King , World of Warcraft's second expansion. It will be in stores on November 13th in the US and Europe. They've also released details about the contents of the Collector's Edition. Wrath will be preceded by a large content patch, which will expand the talent trees and include many of the gameplay changes set for the expansion (including the consolidation of spell damage and healing into 'spellpower,' achievements, and a new profession). The patch was installed on the public test realm yesterday, and the current patch notes are available.
I tried to be a beta-tester but I got disqualified because I once had a date. I tried to tell them it was my cousin but they said because I'm from West Virginia, it counts.
Too bad cause I needed the money.

-Mashing the same button combinations approximately 20,000 times.
-Spend weeks grinding faction.
-Play with idiot 15 year olds convinced that you want to talk about anime with them.
-Maximize your profits in a virtual economy of near infinite inflation.
-Save up for version 10 of a spell you've had since day one.
-Call up all your friends and proclaim, "It's time to slay the dragon!"
When your tasks are nearly finished, we will void them by introducing epicester tasks/rewards much epicer than the previous epicest tasks and rewards previously assigned. Be motivated though, these are truly epic, as our non-gameplay teaser video demonstrates.
