Both the ternary op and goto have their uses. To say they are bad in every case shows your n00b status. Maybe spend a little more time studying your classes instead of playing video games.

As someone who started programming about 30 yrs ago, and has written programs in more languages than you could probably count, I say: go back to you frickin' help desk. I don't want to fix your shit. Oh, and the script you wrote that your mommy proudly displays on her refrigerator, isn't what I would call real programming.
