It's right there, the tiny thing in the middle between all the bigger stuff. (Look at the picture.) Tweak that little thing back and forth several times varying the frequency, and eventually they'll shut up for at least a few minutes, mostly because they're out of breath.

Heck, my keyboard has more buttons than that.
And I can type pretty good with one hand tied behind my back... or something.
Just turn the yellow one counter-clockwise as far as it will go and the right one of the small white ones above the green light (to the left) to the middle, that should work most of the time.
Also, don't forget to increase the talking frequency if you visit somebody you don't want to talk with yourself.
All the dials and knobs on the Women's panel are labeled. If only it were that easy.
