    All the dials and knobs on the Women's panel are labeled. If only it were that easy.

      But most of them sometimes goes "up to eleven"... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Up_to_eleven)

      They aren't, the positions are just numbered... which means you hopefully know whether adjusting something is helping or not. Usually.

      If only they actually had an OFF switch.

      It's right there, the tiny thing in the middle between all the bigger stuff. (Look at the picture.) Tweak that little thing back and forth several times varying the frequency, and eventually they'll shut up for at least a few minutes, mostly because they're out of breath.
