Microsoft Zunes Committing Mass Suicide

Sure, it's 9 years later. But there's no reason to count out Microsoft from being behind the curve.
If you bash 'microsoft' you run the risk of being sued for any number of things if the lawyers decide to go after you for something.
If you bash 'micro$oft' the risk goes down. And it really points out that they are a greedy shit company who doesnt give a damm about the end user and only cares about the money.

Buy an iPod Touch v2, or an iPhone...
Rest assured, though, it will be a cold day in hell before I purchase another consumer electronics device from Microsoft.
That's a shame, since this (likely temporary) problem is a result of Microsoft shoehorning new features that are intended for new hardware onto their old players. A great treat for the consumer and something standing in stark contrast to many other companies' modus operandi.

I have a Zune and 360, both of which I got for free, but I happen to like both of them very much. I wouldn't trade my Zune for an iPod, ever. I don't like Apple forcing DRM on me and my music, and if you want to get into buggy hardware, we could write a book on iPod problems. They are junk.
I don't own a Zune, but here's my story:
I dropped a brown rope this morning the size of a small black child wearing a Zune with jumbo headphones. At one point, I wasn't sure if I was taking a shit, or if the shit was taking me. And while I'm on that point, what's the deal with taking a shit? Shouldn't it be leaving a shit? I'm certainly not taking anything with me when I'm done. Not even the Zune.
But back on topic, Zune sucks ass!

Actually, if you think about it, it's more likely that they are from an alternate dimension where Microsoft products work flawlessly and as designed.

Three years into its life and all the wimpy 360 has to show for itself graphically is the same tired old Unreal Engine based game. Oh look! Shiny normal maps covering everything in the world!
The 360 is the first console ever to actually be in a position where the graphics hardware is so poorly designed and underpowered that the 'graphical showpiece' for the system is running on an outdated graphics engine that is considered a joke on other platforms.
And even worse is the joke first party lineup Microsoft has making exclusive games for the 360:
Sony has 20 first party developers putting out games for the system.
Microsoft only has Rare(lol),Lionhead, and Turn 10.

The attachment rate is about 50% higher than the PS3's. 8.1 compared to 5.3 (as of Nov 2008). They were at 2x the PS3 attachment rate was after the PS3 was out for a year. Its now been 2 years and its no longer 2x. Please stop quoting old figures.
