Yellowstone Workers Fired For Urinating In Old Faithful
A pair of seasonal concession workers at Yellowstone National Park have been fired after being caught urinating in Old Faithful. One of the men has been fined $750, placed on three years probation, and banned from the park for two years. The other is still waiting for his case to be heard. The rogue piddlers were caught when someone watching a webcam on the geyser saw them leaving the trail and walking on Old Faithful. The workers plan on using their newfound free time to find unusual and dangerous things to pee in.
They weren't in the woods, they were in the middle of an open geyser field. I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to walk up to the geyser itself anyway as its a) dangerous and b) a protected portion of a national park. There are ropes/chains that are meant to prevent you from walking up to it in the first place.
They were fired/fined for being ignorant fucks and getting caught breaking several park rules, a public decency law or two and making everyone that hears about this wonder what other ignorant shit the seasonal workers at yellowstone pull, not cause they pissed in pool.
Moral of the story, if you're going to do this shit, don't let people see you doing it.

That is nothing... You haven't lived until you have crapped off the side of El Capitan.
Don't blame me, I voted for Cthulhu.
It's such a predictable geyser. It would have been poetic justice if it had erupted right at that moment.

Hey, what is the big deal? It flushes with boiling water automatically twice an hour!

They didn't, but they were caught urinating later.
The good, the evil and the vacuum tubes.
The punishment was for urinating, being off trail in a restricted area and taking items from the area.
The really stupid thing was the park manager saying incidents like this were "rare". I was hoping that something this was unique but rare raises a whole bunch of questions.
I guess that is why it is called "yellow" stone.
You keep using that word.
I do not think it means what you think it means.
