Apparently, the numerous secret fiber and utility lines used by government intelligence agencies are being dug up with increasing frequency with all the increased construction projects in the DC area. It's amazing how quickly they get repaired!"

    A trillion dollar device is built on more than security through obscurity. Losing the secret plans to the next-gen fighter aircraft isn't going to allow anyone to build a $30 counter weapon. And if it does? Then that device wasn't worth a trillion dollars and deserves to be grounded permanently.
