Indian CEO Says Most US Tech Grads "Unemployable"
theodp writes "When questioned about his firm's US hiring, Information Week reports that Vineet Nayar, the CEO of the Indian outsourcing giant HCL Technologies, showed he can stereotype with the best of them, telling an audience in NYC that most American tech grads are 'unemployable.' Explaining that Americans are far less willing than students from developing economies like India, China, and Brazil to master the 'boring' details of tech process and methodology, the HCL chief added that most Americans are just too expensive to train. HCL, which was reportedly awarded a secretive $170 million outsourcing contract by Microsoft last April, gets a personal thumbs-up from Steve Ballmer for 'walking the extra mile.' Ballmer was busy last week pitching more H-1B visas as the cure for America's job ills at The National Summit."
The only things I saw come back from India were excuses, delays and weak attempts at acting as though they knew what they were talking about.
Unfortunately, this is largely true. I often hear Indian, Asian and Chinese people carp at Western work practices, particularly our relatively short working hours. They usually have to shut up, though when it's pointed out that we actually get more done in those hours than they do in their longer day.
The CEO in the submission might be right about Westerners being unemployable under their conditions, but it seems simple enough to me: if all you want to pay is a monkey's wage, then all you'll get is a monkey.
Americans are worth more in life expectancy of productivity than any other creature on the planet. A friend of mine working on bonds and Uniform Commercial Code litigations said to me that all U.S. personages are administered privately through somthing called Trust 72 in which deprivation of state Citizenship yields a U.S. city to monetize debt based on such potential by counterfeiting the county berth certificate through the State for the Depository and Trust Company to leverage that banknote in a swiss account and everything. That's the debt; performance, for discharge of liability: no money to buy, only conditional sales.
So, U$ 114 trillion is nothing more than the debt of 5 million fucked-up Americans that allowed foreigners to enter the United States to posess the property defaulted to them as surety. Soon we forget, it doesn't realy matter or mean that Americans are fucked-up because the smallest sale of debt to leave the USA simply never can be payed-back because it never was about free-trade. 3rd-world countries use their slave labor to collect as much U.S. debt in this fucking pretended Free Trade shit.
A couple other countries are known to do this: whomever uses any indicia that is surety through GATT. All the Arab countries are free, but ruthless in their law. Slaves in America are, of'course, dumb and numb that comprehension is out the window. All this lucrid market of fraud allows is more speculation that 3rd-world countries and their royalty simply can't compete in terms of entrepreneurial functions, but the barrier that doesn't exist is gradual oppresion: like in Mexico, you are armed to protect your life and property against an armed official when you know it, but in the United States it is all covert and you don't know what killed you until it's too late and you never thought to buy that kevlar and Glock.
Those stinky, stinky motherfuckers.
How the hell does one expect a person to do a job when they can't even bathe?
White men at local universities: If their skins are colored stinky shit brown, if their scent could knock a buzzard of a shitwagon, if they talk like "boodabagaboota", and if they dress colored like obnoxious mexican cookies,
Drop 'em. Run up from behind and hamstring 'em. Let 'em know they are not welcome here.
You're that guy doing statistics for those cutesy bar diagrams for Fox, right?
We used to have a Bill of Rights. Now, with the rights gone, all we have left is the bill.
Slashdot addicts, flame me if you'd like, but I'd rather hear some intelligent reasons why anyone would choose to use Slashdot over Digg.

There are plenty of American workers Microsquish could hire. Microsquish just wants to pay shit-penny wages for shit-penny code from shit-penny Indians.
