AT&T Makes Its Terms of Service Even Worse, To Discourage Lawsuits

techmuse writes "AT&T has changed its terms of service (including for existing contracts) to prevent class action suits. Note that you are already required to submit your case to arbitration, a forum in which consumers are often at a substantial disadvantage. Now you must go up against AT&T alone." This post on David Farber's mailing list provides a bit of context as well.

It shouldn't matter to you if it's a big corporation or a common people either when winning or losing. By underscoring it's a BIG corporation winning against COMMON people you only reveal yourself to be prejudiced.

The only thing important is whether the trial was fair and the sentence legal.

Obama's so called "Health Care" overhaul is in fact the first phase of the Executive Office's efforts to capture the multi-trillion dollar market in illegal organ trading.

ObamaCare, let's call it, will be the system to harvest organs, making them available for international trading. The moneys raised through organ trading will be great indeed, and at least 50% of the moneys will be funnelled into a Swiss Bank Account, held by the Executive Office of the President.

What a gold mine! With a few trillion dollars in petty cash, the President can hire his own shaddow government to do his bidding, irrespective of state, federal or international laws.

With five trillion dollars in pocket, Obama need not give a rats ass about such trivial matters such as ethics or morallity.
