Teacher Gets Stolen Car Back, All Souped Up

Police found Amanda Pogany's stolen 1996 Honda in a chop shop and were able to return it to her. While in the custody of the thieves, the car got a few upgrades, including a new V-8 engine, manual transmission, leather interior, tinted windows, and oversize tires. Unfortunately Amanda won't be able to play The Fast and the Furious around the neighborhood with her new souped up car. She doesn't know how to drive a stick.

You don't read very well, do you? CA has that app listed with ZERO THREAT LEVELS. It can be used to perform things both good and bad. APK wrote it for a fellow forums member in good faith no less, to launch old Apache server on Windows (which way back when, didn't run invisibly as a service so he wrote an app for a fellow so it would, that's all). However, like PING.EXE, and other wares, it can be a double-edged sword!

(Which that unqualified fool THOR SCHMUCK is aware of as well, because you don't see him filing suit versus apk now, do you? No. Thor SCHMUCK's just another nobody online and "neocheater" type, who at best, is merely an SEO optimization cheater)

Fact is, it appears that APK wanted to sue him for libel, and even contacted an attorney, along with suing CA too, and he has a winning case, but red tape and costs are in his way and I do not blame him.

(The legal system in this nation? It's for the wealthy and large corporate bodies - does anyone have to be told that? No. We all know it)

THOR SCHMUCK (lol) was notified on his page you cited in that regard, in regards to ping.exe as well as spybot search and destroy and apps from Nir Sofer and Dr. Mark Russinovich too even of Microsoft have had this happen to they (currently and in the past).

Why is APK's app at zero threat levels? Because it depends on the user and what he does with it. Ping can or could issue a ping of death for instance. Spybot search and destroy alters the hosts file, but in a good way. Did you know that CA's test was passed by apk on all 21 points and it is still listed there (though with zero threat levels now after he confronted CA's head of development on it in Mr. Greg Jensen. He was even informed by an attorney he had a winning case to the tune of $150,000 U.S. Dollars, but the costs of pursuing CA are far more than that.)

Besides, we used CA in my workplace, because we sold it so we tried it and it tore up our emails constantly. It's crap and it's why it is the 'bottom of the barrell ware' in commercial products.

Thor SCHMUCK (lol) whom you cited? He's NOTORIOUS and known as a SEO optimization cheater, which is why the first thing under apk's name appears so high in that list on GOOGLE. Do you know APK has done this too to his credit? See this list:
