An open source project called Etherboot has been trying to drag PXE into the 21st century. There are two types of people who use the word "cloud". People who are in charge who have absolutely no idea how technology works, and those who make fun of those who use the word "cloud". Back in the day, we use to call the "cloud" the "network". Of course, the clueless now confuse the cloud with components of the cloud, such as clusters, SAN's, and mainframes
