GPS Tracking Without a Warrant Declared Legal

jnaujok writes "The Ninth Circuit court has declared that attaching a GPS tracker to your car, as it sits in your driveway, or by extension on a public street, and then using it to monitor every one of your movements, is totally legal, and can be performed by the police without needing a warrant. So, if you live in the Western United States, big brother has arrived."

You are all misinterpreting this ruling. THE STATE is merely exercising its right to track its own property. It ceases to be YOUR car at the moment you VOLUNTARILY register it with THE STATE, whereupon you are creating a revocable cestui que TRUST CORPORATION with THE STATE as the trustee, you as the beneficiary who gets to use THE STATEs motor vehicle, and YOU are the surety / security / collateral securing the TRUST. If you don't want to be tracked, then do not VOLUNTARILY register your car or your BODY with THE STATE. Understand that likewise YOU are THE STATEs property when your mother registers your birth with THE STATE, so they likewise have the right to do as they please with their chattel property slaves. So, Neo, would you like to continue to wear THE MARK OF THE BEAST bY remaining a communist slave of the CORPORATIONS named THE UNITED STATES, INC. and/or THE STATE OF ____________, INC.? or would you like to unplug from THE MATRIX and be a free (wo)man who owns your own body? http://www.kahealani.com/ucc/
