Law Firm Opens Drive-Thru Window
The Kocian Law Group, based in Connecticut, just made it a bit easier to file a lawsuit thanks to their new drive-thru window. From the article: "The Kocian Law Group opened for business this week inside a renovated building on Middle Turnpike West. You'd never know the building once housed a former Kenny Rogers Roasters, except for the drive-thru window on the side of it. And, the personal injury and malpractice specialists plan to put that drive-thru to good use. 'We have drive-thrus for ATMs and we have that customer convenience. Why not a law firm?' attorney Nick Kocian asked."
Only in America...
I hate it when I get to the window and I don't have enough cash. Do you think there is a menu board for viewing available services?
here's a freebie, although I need to eat: I say offer 3 levels of service; full, consult for pro se, with\without 'forms' - normal full service OR consult for pro se with your assistants completing forms, OR consult only and client gets\fills out forms by self (unbundled services) - after consult counsel fills out check list of topics counseled and client files that with paperwork - more clients due to other types of services offered, more exposure for full services offered, satisfies the court - counsel and client sign waiver for 'counsel only' - no continuing representation without new agreement - this has been on my mind since the 80's see my linkedIn posts: http://www.linkedin.com/in/counseltechnologyinc

When all I need is a notarization or a line-item update to my will, there's really no reason to have to get out of the car and go inside. Sign, stamp, and go. Brilliant.
