UK Minister Backs 'Two-Speed' Internet

It paves the way for an end to 'net neutrality' — with heavy bandwidth users like Google and the BBC likely to face a bill for the pipes they use."

    Now imagine [Comcast after having vertically integrated with NBC] are [throttling] ABC.com, Google, Yahoo, etc., etc. If they can get this practice federally labeled legal
