DOJ Could Ban Texas Flights Over Anti-Patdown Law

hellkyng writes "The Department of Justice may ban flights from Texas because of the Anti-Patdown law making its way through the legal system. Says Rep. David Simpson, 'Someone must make a stand against the atrocities of our government agents.' Should be interesting to see if Texas can pave the way for grope-free flying fun."

C64love has never let facts get in his way. The activist judges in the Supreme Court are conservative. But they are the liberal conservatives or neo-con, or whatever he makes up so that they can be "liberal" in his mind, because "liberal" is evil. The definition of "liberal" is essentially anyone open to change. And he's proven that he is very much against any change, even if that change is within the Constitution, cheaper, and results in a smaller government. Everything is a "no true Scotsman" issue with him. His definitions are always correct, even if no one else uses words the way he does, and anyone who claims to be of similar ideology that doesn't think like him isn't a true Scotsman.
