Apple Sued Over Use of iCloud Name

According to the lawsuit: 'The goods and services with which Apple intends to use the “iCloud” mark are identical to or closely related to the goods and services that have been offered by iCloud Communications under the iCloud Marks since its formation in 2005. However, due to the worldwide media coverage given to and generated by Apple’s announcement of its “iCloud” services and the ensuing saturation advertising campaign pursued by Apple, the media and the general public have quickly come to associate the mark “iCloud” with Apple, rather than iCloud Communications.'"
Has it ever occurred to you that Apple, like the rest of us, have never heard of this company and had no idea the name was in use? It's not even the same name. It's different. This lawsuit is ridiculous and hopefully it gets thrown out.
Tesla was a genius. Edison however was a overrated hack who liked to torture puppies.
One is iCloud Communicaitons and is an Arizona company selling Voip. The other is Apple iCloud and sells a data service, not phones.
How could anyone confuse them?
