There is no one who is "not able to find a job". There are many people who can't find a job that they are willing to do at prevailing wages, but there is no one "not able to find a job".
Not only do individual people need some reeducation, along with an attitude adjustment, but our society needs an attitude adjustment as well. Our nation is facing a crisis, with millions (literally millions) of illegal aliens sneaking in for the opportunities available here. Meanwhile, millions of worthless American citizens lie around their government supplied apartments, doing nothing constructive. I say, put those lazy no-goods to work picking lettuce, tomatoes, and cotton. Just stop feeding them, and they will be happy to go work in the sun all day.
